Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is a nice area of Stratford to live in. There are regular buses into Stratford , Warwick and Leamington also. There is street parking available and very limited visitor parking. The area does not suffer from anti-social behavior or traffic noise. We receive regular bin collections of garden, food and general waste plus recycling. Unfortunately the letter and dog litter bins are not emptied regularly enough.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The unexpected poor quality of the way the site was finished and quality of maintenance provided.
What is the best feature of your home:
The design is very good. There are a number of good features, and the internal fixtures and fitting are very good specification. The overall workmanship of the interior is of disappointing quality with poor plastering, poor carpentry and plumbing. We still have a roof vent dangling in the loft space with nothing connected to it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are shops and a post office in Tiddington as well as restaurants and a local pub. Also it is only about 1.5 miles to the town centre. There is a reasonably regular bus service to and from Stratford. There are no problems with parking, bin collections or anti-social behaviour, but we do get irritating noise from motor bikes going to and from the social housing
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The total number of social housing on the combined development. The poor quality of the customer care has been a big disappointment. Difficulties in getting the landscaping completed and also the poor maintenance by the management company
What is the best feature of your home:
The design and specification of the house is very good but, the build quality is poor.

Lovely house, but expensive. Lots of social housing nearby. Good location. Development not finished.

Too much social housing nearby. All the houses are very close to each other.

Style and quality. It looks different to most other houses.
