Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Pavilions an excellent place to live with wonderful sea views. They are a 10 minute walk from Sandgate with its excellent restaurants, the Sandgate Society and the communal Chichester Hall. It is easy to walk to Hythe or Folkestone along the sea shore. There is a bus every 10 minutes from the bottom of Encombe to Folkestone and Hythe. The environment is quiet and peaceful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The time it is taking to complete the site and the lack of urgency about so doing.
What is the best feature of your home:
The view from the flat and the peacefulness of the site.

It's a great area to live, close to the train station and local bus links. It's a nice area and I'm enjoying it

Everything was pretty self explained when ready the lease terms just I wish they listed everything that was gifts
What is the best feature of your home:
My garden is lovely but it's hard to know what you can and can't do. They say no you can't change but on the flipside when it breaks its gifted....

I love deal and Walter as there’s so much cultural intersects and family attractions. The beach isn’t far away and the road connections are great. And then the continent is close by too.
What is the best feature of your home:
The quality and individuality of the builds. The location - but that’s personal to me.

Great area and location. Very disappointed that we still don't have street lights, finished pathways, finished roads, no street signs and this is after being here nearly year.

Very quiet local area, good fast link to London nearby. Large supermarkets a short drive away. Lovely beach, promenade and small village shops in the immediate vicinity.
