It's a good place to live, lots of shops and restaurants, it's not a very big city and the traffic isn't always chaotic.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always respond to emails quickly and resolve issues immediately with speed and agility.

I would like to know first how good it was to live in this building.

location offers a great range of local amenities, including diverse shops, excellent restaurants, and vibrant bars. There are also plenty of open spaces nearby, ideal for walking, jogging, or relaxing outdoors. Transport links are highly convenient, with frequent trains and buses making commuting easy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management generally responds to issues, though not always promptly. While they do address problems eventually, there is room for improvement in communication and efficiency to ensure residents feel heard and supported.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how expensive the parking would be, as it’s an additional cost that wasn’t clear upfront. It’s something to budget for, especially if you rely on a car regularly. Also, understanding the management’s response times for issues would have been helpful to set expectations.

Very central and easy access to all amenities. There’s a range of restaurants, shops, entertainment, pubs, etc
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really fast. All the communication has been spot on.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In the summer it can get quite hot and I wish I knew before.

The building is very good and central, very close to loads of restaurants and shopping. We like the fact that the Woking Center doesn’t have cars and the development is very close to the train station
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond very quickly and efficiently. I forgot my keys inside the flat and they send me someone to open the door for me

The laundry, I was told I could use and because I’m not in a studio I cannot

It is very close to a lot of shops, restaurants, and also the train and bus stations. Placed right in the middle of the town centre
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they fixed my heating immediately when I wasn’t feeling the underfloor heat.

Nothing I wish I knew prior to moving in to the residence.
