The local restaurants and bars are very impressive. Can be noisy at weekends but the windows are great blockers

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge and contract team are very attentive and reassuring. Only negative, the sales team are slow responders (if they reply)

The benefits of everything so local. Great for pets

Property with good design but poor management and facilities maintenance

- Convenient location with good public transport - Good to have supermarket in the development - There is a night club in the development, which has caused a lot of noise at night - No parking discount or offer

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Seems they were not active in solving problems. The lift has been out of services for months but the management just sent an email saying we had to wait for longer time. Actually there are four lifts but most of the time only 2-3 of them are working, residents have to wait the lifts for long time. Moreover, water supply is quite unpredictable. I was working at home and I had encountered 4 times of water supply outages. No emails were sent to residents to explain the reasons of the outages.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise problem is a serious especially for those living at lower levels. In the development, there is a night club/ disco called Amber. People going to Amber make a lot of noise till 3-4 am at night. It is ridiculous to have a disco very close to residential area.

i like the local shops and restaurants . maybe a healthy option for takeaway or easy option food will be great like “farmers J”

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they respond immediately. Maximum 2 days after the issue raised the problem is fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

one bad thing is that the rooms are not enough noice proof. better noice insulation is needed

Wide range of cafés. The best among all probably. Situated right beside the main Oxford road with Post office at its opposite. Cafés like cafe Nero, Kfc place some korean food place and other souvenir shops. Inside the premises the bars and restraunts like the North Tap room, Meatworks, Detroit Slims, Mr. SU are top notch.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Highly responsive. Humble and gave proper directions and guidance whenever required.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The secular booths for meetings and interviews was a great add on into the workspace area. The lounges are huge and the best part of living here are the various events like the mocktail tasting or the supper clubs. I like the various social events where people from different parts of the world meet and have fun.

Circle Square keeps expanding! The new Half Dozen Other is an absolute hit; it's wonderful and we spend far too much money there. We also love Doug's Hamburgers and Detroit Slims, and I'd contend that CirlceSquare has the best collection of independents that a Manchester living development offers. I'm writing this whilst sat in Federal, which has been a Manchester brunch staple for ages! There have been no issues with bins, and walking Missy is a breeze.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes; they have fixed our washing machine and sink promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we'd done it earlier! Living in the centre of the city changes your perspective on so much - and it's genuinely quite than you'd expect, in a good way!
