The location is superb because it is near Stratford and shops, the flat is secured and the care taker responds to our concerns

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Almost everything is being resolved by the management although it takes time sometimes

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Room lights are so dimmed and incorrectly positioned.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love my area, there is a lot of cute parks near by, but While there is great transport connections there are not a lot of shops near by the building but Stratford is only 25 min walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very helpful but they are not the quickest responders and are not giving a notice for when they will come by so they show up and when no one is here they don’t reschedule

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have loved to know more about the security of the building as there is often young people in the building smoking weed who doesn’t live in the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are good just a little bit expensive than other big shops, pretty close to the building, transport for me is fine because I take bus to everywhere, tube station is a bit far like 10 mins away, bin good the building is clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They fix things ok but the oven is still not fixed, it is not a big problem so I just leave it

There is not really anything bad, good is bus stop to Stratford is only 4 mins walk away

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plaistow itself has some odd characters and is run down in some parts however the place is very well connected and close to major shopping and restaurant areas in Stratford

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded by being helpful, I have had a few minor concerns since being here and all were resolved

I wish I knew more about the local area but to no fault of the agency or landlord

Location is a bit far from central, however just a bus away from Stratford that is quite well connected

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially the property management was quite responsive. However in the latest period this has not been as good as before.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The garden adjacent to the living room and one of the bedroom can be a nightmare for bugs during Summer.
