Close enough to Salford shopping centre. Recent development has added some fairly trashy and loud neighbours. Bin men are as horrible as to be expected from Salford and they make you pay when someone steals your bin. Transport's excellent though.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Had to wait literal months for a shower to be fixed. No updates, no contact, nothing.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would've been lovely to know that the road I moved in wasn't on any maps at the time, really messed with deliveries, but it's not relevant anymore.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is quite convenient with a decent range of local shops, takeaways, and supermarkets nearby, including a Lidl and an Aldi within walking distance. There are also some good parks like Buile Hill Park which offer nice green space for walks and relaxation. Public transport is generally reliable, with frequent buses to Manchester city centre and surrounding areas. However, during peak times, buses can get crowded and traffic on major roads like Eccles Old Road can be slow. The street itself is usually quiet. Bin collections are regular. Overall, it’s a fairly convenient place to live with good transport links and access to essential services.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond accordingly to issues when reported, usually within a reasonable timeframe.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the house wasn’t freshly painted and we would to manage that ourselves.

Quiet area with good transport links and shops in walking distance. Never had any problems living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Prompt call-outs, generally. Difficult sometimes to get a suitable time due to working.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Street and parking spaces are quite narrow. Car door was hit by neighbour’s car door because of this.

İn walking distance there is only one market. İn our site some houses has private parking for couple of cars and some has to fight for the parking space as it was specified for the house. Cleaning of the site, I ve seen cleaning staff in the site but not next our section in the site. I would not except them to clean in front of my house but there are houses and their area is being ignored. There are big trees there and everywhere is bird dirt and leaves and never been cleaned once since we checked in almost a year. There are huge insects coming into our house as its next to the trees but no one bothers to do pestiside check at least to those houses.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management is good at responding issues buy sometimes is hard for them to find contractor

Having house next to trees and ivys that are not trimmed and ignored is a real bad experience. I walk in the house with worry if I m gonna see any big insect like big spiders than uk usually has. I love green but not next to the house I guess😅. I would not move into this house specifically if I knew beforehand

Local to local supermarkets, shops, town, train station & tram route. Local restaurants within good distance. Parking is disappointing have to park away from your own property. Bin areas not very well maintained no urgency to deal with anti social behaviour from random people entering blocks of flats.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Takes a long time for repairs to be carried out/resolved. Often have to call to chase over and over again and get provided with the same answers.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Car parking spaces being miles away from your property and very limited visitor spaces for when you have people over.
