Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local to local supermarkets, shops, town, train station & tram route. Local restaurants within good distance. Parking is disappointing have to park away from your own property. Bin areas not very well maintained no urgency to deal with anti social behaviour from random people entering blocks of flats.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Takes a long time for repairs to be carried out/resolved. Often have to call to chase over and over again and get provided with the same answers.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Car parking spaces being miles away from your property and very limited visitor spaces for when you have people over.

not a lot of parking available on site. Some parking on the main road, but unavailable during daytime

Broken washing machine. Very quick response and fixed within couple of days

There isn't really anything. Everything was quite clearly explained before moving in

Good range of local shops. Transport links are good. There is antisocial behaviour at times, but this is dealt with swiftly by police.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Swiftly. Never had an issue. Repairs are quick enough when not an emergency

The antisocial behaviour can be a bit frustrating.

The location is perfect as it’s only a short walk to the city centre. However being opposite a school during rush hour the traffic can get backed up which causes issues as traffic is coming both ways down a 1 way road due to people parking. Other than that, the location is fine & the school traffic doesn’t affect me as I work full time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very fast! I log an issue on fix flo and I’m in touch with someone really fast to fix the issues in a timely manner based on priority

That the walls would be so thin, I have made many complaints to my neighbours as they are so loud every single evening into the night, to the point I have to sleep with ear plugs in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local to the town centre/transport routes such as the train & tram station & local bus routes. Supermarkets within walking distance. Parking is not great parking space is outside of someone else’s property rather than your own. Anti social behaviour has become a lot more present throughout the block of flats random people taking drugs coming in and out of the block doesn’t feel safe reported numerous times and nothing gets done.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Repairs eventually responded to have to chase for weeks on end doesn’t feel like anything is done about the security of the block of flats with the communal doors never working always open and everyone being able to walk in.

How long repairs would take to be carried out, car parking allocated spaces being away from your property.
