Good location with the tram stop in front of the building. Bad aspect could be the distance from the city center and not many restaurants and pubs around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It depends, but so far they have been slow addressing anti social neighbours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The neighbours are not respectful at all. Management company can't evacuate rules breaking neighbours.

Close to local amenities and great location for social activists without having to go into the city centre. Transport not too far away and easy to get to. Parking facilities aren’t great as street is very cramped.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management have been helpful and usually pretty on top of getting back to my emails however sometimes can take a while to get a response from them. Always been polite and eager to help

The fact that a parking space isn’t included in tenancy

Local area is nice and quiet. The metrolink makes it easy to go anywhere. The lowry mall has variety of options.

The management takes a bit of time to resolve issues.

The lowry theatre and mall are five minutes walking

It is a commercial area so that is quite nice. There are shops and transport options nearby and the area is generally very peaceful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have had to constantly go after them multiple times to get things done.

I wish I had known how bad and unresponsive the management would be.

Very accessible to the city centre, train stations and tram stops. Literally the middle of the city.

They have always made sure it was sorted within the stated time period.

That the car park was free. Didn’t know. Was paying quite a lot at my former building.
