Great location. Property should be managed better, cleaned from outside, entrance should be cleaned and fixed

They respond, but not always helpful. Most of the time they don’t reply to email when i have inwuiries so i have to go the office

That they don’t clean or maintain the flat before u move in.

This apartment offers a favorable location, modern design, and ample space, with stylish finishes and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The development includes excellent amenities like a fitness center and efficient property management ensuring well-maintained common areas. However, limited parking in a high-demand area could be inconvenient, though public transport options may offset this for some residents.

Although the view is not particularly impressive, the location of the apartment is quite favorable. The design of the apartment is quite pleasing and offers ample space.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have never encountered any significant problems. However, on one occasion, I found myself in a situation where I needed to grant access to my partner, who did not possess a key to my residence, while I was away at work. In response, I promptly contacted the receptionist, who demonstrated remarkable efficiency in resolving the issue by allowing my partner to enter the premises.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The weather can be tough sometimes when its cold because pf the location but its definitely worth it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location of Gravity Residence is excellent. It is right next to the local train station and a only 15-minute walk from the Central Station. The nearby pubs and restaurants fall into the category of decent to a bit more upscale. What I love about the area is that it is close to the waterfront as well as to a small park so there is always easy access for a walk. There is traffic, but inside the building, you cannot make out much of it, which is important if you study or work from home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded to my problems positively, managing all my queries and requests within a reasonable amount of time. I rate them as very responsive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only insight I would share is that the building,, fortunately, has a very active fire alarm system which can go off even if there is no actual fire causing disruption of your daily activities. It is great to feel safe but it is also inconvenient when there is no danger.

The location has excellent advantages. It is near the city’s main sights and attractions, such as Albert Docks and the Royal Liver Building. It is also great that the building is located just a 5-minute walk from Liverpool ONE. On the downside, however, traffic congestion can be an issue during peak hours.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have reported two issues through the building's online portal. They have resolved both efficiently.

When you move in, a detailed inventory report must be submitted confirming the condition and cleanliness of the apartment.

Plenty of Amneties in surrounding areas including, restaurants, bars, shops etc. there is plenty of activities to do nearby, including things for children and adults of all ages

They take too long and seem to put in place temporary fixed which results in reoccurring issues

There is constant maintenance issues. Poor management
