Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Awesome place to live in, Great cafe and social areas, Parking discounts are not great though! The facility is also pet friendly which is awesome! Regular cleaning of interiors and and the windows also add a feeling of luxury to the place

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I was facing issues with the garbage shoot once, the 24x7 staff helped me out immediately without any issues, Plus gave me tips of where I can go if theis happens again!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking issues are serious here, I spend £250 monthly just to park my vehicle, should have had an option to park you car for cheaper around here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is good, it’s right near the arndale. However parking is a nightmare. We had to park in the AO arena car park which is really expensive and doesn’t guarantee a spot.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are helpful when they can be, sometimes send you to your landlord though

That they were building a massive hotel next to my bedroom window

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is Sainsbairy near the area which is very convenient. The Victoria train station is an 8 minute walk from the building. the tram and bus stops are a short walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've tried contacting them about so many issues but nothing has been fixed from the 6 months I stayed at the flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When looking at the flat I did not realize that the kitchen walls were flaking so I would definitely recommend someone who is moving in to not only check for mold but also the walls because it is very bothersome.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient location with plenty of amenities close by so you never have worry if you're missing something as you can pop out quick to buy things easily. Victoria train station is just 5 minutes away which is a plus for convenience but can be noisy sometimes with trains passing by at night but nothing that will really bother you unless you're a light sleeper. There's no permanent parking available at this property which is a shame but you can temporarily pull up if you need to drop something off for example.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've not had many issues since I've been here but I once had a problem with my key card and I had it fixed immediately which I was very pleased with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is very secure which I really like as you need to use your key card not only to get into your flat but the building and the lift.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good area of town to live in, very central with lots of good restaurants but out of the way enough that there isn’t lots of noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve never raised a problem but I’m sure the building management would respond quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have known that there were building works planned for across the way because they do start with noisy works early in the morning, but that’s probably true for most places in town.
