Near many good places like Arndale, and many local shops and restaurants but little bit far from University

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time they helped me as fast as they can. They're helpful

Inside view of the flat and outside view of the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Loving so close to the city centre is great. I like being so close to the Tesco. I can hear protests and bars though which can be annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were prompt at fixing a circuit issue when we first moved in and have always responded quickly to any messages we’ve sent them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The best place for a long run is going best uni of manchester and down to platt fields park and didsbury

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The amenities are fab - having a coffee shop in the building is second to none and there are some great gyms, dance studios etc nearby. It would be amazing if an independent store opened nearby. Traffic can be a bit loud but otherwise it's a lovely place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've always been prompt, polite and helpful in helping to resolve issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I'd never thought about the logistics of living on a high floor before - at busy times you may have to wait a bit for a lift.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient transport, good pubs and restaurants nearby, the Shute bin does not work properly, no recicling culture. Tesco nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Asked about having new and more gym classes but no answer received

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The events are very good as they have different type of activities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Central location close to multiple small supermarkets (Tesco, co-op & Sainsbury’s all less than 5 mins walk away), as well as close to the city’s main entertainment. Train station close by and tram stops within 10-20 mins walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, speedy and easy when there’s been any issues. Hassle free

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A really great location with far less noise compared to other popular areas eg Northern Quarter, and arguably closer to the city.
