Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There's a large selection of supermarkets all within around 10-15 minutes by car. The development is next to a farmer's field to the rear with sheep and cows. There's a bus stop on the main road by the development. Traffic noise is minimal although I can hear/smell the pet food shop when outside and there is a breeze.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
New builds are more noisy than an older building, you'll hear fans whirring for ventilation etc but it becomes less noticable over time.
What is the best feature of your home:
The eco friendly features! Triple Glazing, Solar and EV Charging included as standard is a great addition.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The estate is peaceful and serene with good access to the motorway which is particularly important. Public transport is easily accessible making it an ideal location.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not sure this is a really tough question. I would probably say make sure you test everything when you move in e.g showers/electrical equipment to ensure it works fine.
What is the best feature of your home:
There are several features we are really happy with in particular the bathrooms and location of these, kitchen storage and the size of the garden shed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is good parking for resident as each house has allocated parking space. It is a quiet area and has a good mix of green area and convenience. Bin collections are however a bit mix bit this may be because it is a new build area.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Temporary blinds for the large windows would be useful - may wish to take some measurements in earlier appointment so that you can get some temporary light blockers after you move in
What is the best feature of your home:
High ceilings and big windows, together with air vent on the window

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Airie for 5 months its close location to M6 very convenient with commuters. Haven’t explored local shops and facilities yet but it looks like large options available around the area. The roads within the development are wide and specious, and not packed with parked with vehicles like most of the other new developments around the area. Maybe due to the fact that each house has at least 2 car parks. Over all its located in a quiet area and with good access to the town and motorway.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good community of professionals living in Airie. Nice green space within the development and great safe area for walks outside the development. Newly moved to Bolton still confused with bin collection and mail delivery issues, not sure why Royal Mail is poor in here.
What is the best feature of your home:
Parking space, full of light, high ceiling, spacious rooms, link design.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very convenient location, close to local shops and a large markets. Quiet big car parks, easy access to public transport which is also a big plus. Even though there are a lot of houses on the streets, it is very quiet and I feel safe here. It’s so close to the city, but you can feel like you're in the countryside thanks to the sheep farm. Very charming surroundings and contact with nature. A lot of paths for walk with dog. Not traffic or drive noise just only the pleasant roar of sheeps.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly I don’t have opinion on this point because everyone has different needs
