Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very lovely homes but as it’s early stages there is not many amenities. The plans seem exciting though so looking forward to leaving here when it is complete!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the service charge inflates a lot!

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I think in some areas the homes are built close together so I would have liked a slightly bigger garden but that’s to be expected with a new build! Great place to live for young families - it is already a great community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking isn’t great on our single drive. Neighbourhood behind are ridiculous.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of easy road access out of our close.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The driveway is ridiculous. Grass included with the property is 100% clay and sinks everywhere.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very poor transport links atm but plans to improve in time but would have been good in the meantime for buses to run more regularly and to have a bus stop on the weald. Only 1 shop at the moment and quite expensive I will only use it if I really have to plus opening times are very poor by the time I get in from work It's closed. Bin collection great now at the beginning it was very poor and I had to call every week for them to come back and empty my bins. Mostly quiet not really had any issues apart from so many cats!!! There are no pubs etc yet which is a shame as I feel it would be well used

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Transport links very poor. Made it difficult at first getting the older children to school as the buses didn't run at the right times and are always late so couldn't rely on them anyway. Very difficult to fit around work pattern.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Limited number of shops, bars, restaurants at the moment, but the developers are good at communicating the upcoming plans. Central location with easy access to local towns and cities is a big advantage. Street is welcoming, quiet and great for children. Parking is limited for some properties which can cause some on-street parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More information about the future plans for the development.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I live in a semi-detached property, and I feel the internal walls between my property and neighbours don't isolate the noise from each property to a satisfactory level.
