Bug Pro is that it is very Accessible to everywhere but bigger Con is higher council tax band so that means higher bills

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not yet still freshly moving in not spotted any issues yet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The place is absolutely amazing, and honestly, I wish I had moved here much earlier. It's everything I was looking for and more!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment building is in the heart of everything. Cafes, restaurants, shops… everything is walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very attentive and respond in a timely manner. Someone always gets back to you with resolution of issues identified.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly everything is as expected. From the apartment itself to the location.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like how central the location is to the city centre and I like the facilities and amenities in the surrounding area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. I often have problems with receiving parcels but the night staff have been very helpful in doing what they can to locate my packages.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known what would have been already in the flat prior to moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location in the city center is perfect for me, it’s close to everything I need, but it can be a little loud outside sometimes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty fast, the things that don’t need an outside team or company get solved quicker than main issues that require maintenance companies.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That internet broadband packages need weeks to be set. And old tenants wifi isn’t yet cut off which makes your new broadband take longer time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brilliant location, lovely staff, Kultar was brilliant, he took my new tumble dryer to my apartment as I was struggling, which made it so much easier for me :)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded quickly and sufficiently, helped when needed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the washer dryer doesn’t really dry (hence why I got a separate dryer)
