Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living on this street! The local shops, restaurants, and bars offer a great mix of independent and well-known brands, providing everything you need within a short walk. There’s a fantastic variety of cuisines and cozy spots to grab a drink or coffee. The nearby parks and open spaces are perfect for relaxing or staying active, making it a great place for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Transport links are highly convenient, with easy access to bus routes and trains that connect to major areas quickly. However, traffic can build up during peak hours, but it's generally manageable. Bin collections are prompt and reliable, keeping the area clean. The neighborhood is quiet, with minimal traffic noise, and anti-social behavior is very rare. Overall, it's a great place to live – safe, vibrant, and well-connected!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and efficient in addressing any issues I've raised. They handle maintenance requests promptly, and any problems with common areas, like lighting or cleaning, are resolved quickly. Communication is generally clear, and they keep residents updated on any ongoing works or changes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One tip for new neighbour’s would be to get familiar with the bin collection schedule as missed bins can cause issues.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Allegro Living has created such a welcoming community where everyone feels at home. The staff genuinely cares about the residents. "Forzia Nelson" Thank you for being such a reliable and proactive staff of Allegro.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been somewhat responsive, but there have been occasional delays in addressing certain issues. While they do eventually resolve problems, communication could be more timely and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

While the garden facility at Allegro Living is a lovely space for relaxation, it could benefit from some enhancements. Adding more seating areas and shaded spots would encourage residents to spend more time outdoors. Additionally, incorporating more diverse plant life and flowers could create a more vibrant and inviting atmosphere. Regular maintenance to keep the garden tidy and flourishing would also enhance the overall experience for residents. Overall, these improvements could transform the garden into a cherished community hub

I wish I’d known that the bathrooms have no fans. They can get very steamy inside.
