Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location in the city center is perfect for me, it’s close to everything I need, but it can be a little loud outside sometimes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty fast, the things that don’t need an outside team or company get solved quicker than main issues that require maintenance companies.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That internet broadband packages need weeks to be set. And old tenants wifi isn’t yet cut off which makes your new broadband take longer time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are so many local shops and places to go and and explore around Allegro here, the lovely staff members here always tell us about new places like Annie who works here has been amazing and has always given me new places to try out!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely fantastic, things are fixed so quickly especially by the night team Albert and Kultar. Top tier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I moved in sooner, I’ve loved every month here!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good , plenty of shops etc. Good area for public transport, plenty of shopping facilities in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My washing machine needs repairs ,however, I do understand that respond times will be slower due to the festive period.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I haven't thought about this as nothing has been out of the ordinary

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good range of bus and tram access nearby. Many good restaurants are accessible. Allegro has carpark facilities for their tenants which are good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the problems have been rectified -can improve more . The concierge team has been excellent- special mention to rithika who helped me a lot when i moved in. There had been wear and tears in the apartment though, which couldnt be replaced. I think there is still room for improvement towards maintenance

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good- they organise parties for the tenants on occasions and has been very good Bad- there had been problems with the lift where all the 3 shutsdown and access to high floors were difficult

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Solid management team, friendly neighbour. Would prefer the lounge/workspace to be a bit more professional setup (i.e. no kids area)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent, have had a very good experience especially with Kultar, Fasal, Albert and his right hand man! Responds to any issues promptly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rooftop terrace only accessible for certain tenants only and there are no main internet service providers so have to spend a bit more.
