Podium is a amazing communal space that is amazing for residents

Living at Allegro Living has been fantastic, with its prime location near Aston University and the city center. It’s within walking distance to the university, and transport links are excellent, making commuting and travel easy. The area is vibrant, offering plenty of amenities and entertainment options, perfect for students and professionals. However, the busyness of the area during peak hours can be a downside for those seeking quiet. Despite this, the convenience and accessibility far outweigh the negatives, making Allegro Living an ideal choice for anyone looking for a well-connected and comfortable living space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Allegro Living's building management has been outstanding. Issues like the cooking hub filter, bathroom leakage, and pest control were addressed quickly and efficiently. Their prompt response and commitment to resolving problems have made my experience hassle-free. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Allegro Living offers a fantastic living experience with modern design, excellent facilities, and responsive management. While utility bills and council tax are slightly higher than expected, the overall service and comfort make it well worth it. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality living!

All good there Starbucks, and Coop and Greegs. Every thing is nearby and I feel comfortable. As well as the train station will take me 10 minutes to be there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Helpful as always especially Riri I asked her about the sofa in my apartment and how that I feel uncomfortable and she gave me the whole steps to ask the management to reconsider about change it.

I wish that I know that the rent value will increase every year unless I extended my lease to more than a year

the living area is very nice and clean and helpful staff like riri attended to my needs. i had all my questions answered

yes they have and every thing is very easy using the app

that there isn’t guest parking space for any visitors.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good place to live but it can be annoying to deal with parcels and deliveries. I like Fasal & Kultar the receptionists I feel the places and my parcels are always secured when they are working but when its someone else I always seem to see my parcels on the floor. The cleaners seem to be a bit over worked with how big the building is and how much they gotta clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they did but they take their sweet time. And slow slow slow email replies.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The blocks3,2,1 being seperated and I wish I knew how many times they will go to either co-op and wait there or block 1 and most importantly how there are no cameras in hallways which makes it easier to be a target of a robbery with how anyone can enter behind another person and how every 1 to 2 weeks the. elevator needs maintenance and that specially sucks when you live at the high floors.
