In a good place in the city center close to new street station, the restaurants and the shops and moor street station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Help sometimes take time but you get it eventually, the lifts stop working for so long sometimes and takes ages to fix

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are average not as good as they look at the website

I have been living in Allegro from last 3 months and I found it very esay to connect to the tram station as well as the city centre and all the needy facilities of Birmingham.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As far as I have connected with the Allegro staff about all my issues and doubts, most of the staff is very helpful but I personally felt that Fasal and Kultar as well as Albert have helped me solving many of my issues, more than that, they (Fasal and Kultar) have a very friendly and supportive nature.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Management should provide full details about all the issues and solve all the doubts of the residents as soon as possible is “EASY WAY” Instead of rounding up and confusing the things. we personally faced issues for connecting and finding our electricity provider and I hope No-one in future should face this issue.

The staff members are incredibly accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure that every need is met. They are not only helpful but also genuinely friendly, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Their dedication to providing excellent service truly stands out!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They resolved my issue with 48hrs and also changed my sofa within 12hrs!

There’s absolutely nothing to complain about—they were incredibly straightforward and made everything clear!

The local area is good , with plenty of stores near as well as train stations and buses. Near city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues yet, I will let you know once needed to sort something out.

Anything, there were not any surprises to me once moved in.

City centre is great. Don't like the college students. Easy amenities. More building work so more things to do

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very impersonally. They are uncaring when you have repair issues.

Prices sky rocketing. Gym would not be updated appropriately
