Great location in the heart of Leeds city centre. Various shops nearby for weekly shops and just for little bits. Lots of restraunts and bars within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been very quick to respond to my messages and queries, and all issues were resolved in a timely manor.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Was unsure is what local bars, restraunts and shops were nearby. Maybe a little map with all close by areas would be great

The building is literally in the city centre. 10min walk away from everything - really close to bus station. The building has the most amazing views overlooking the city and the viaduct. There is one “dodgy” part of the walk towards the building, nothing crazy as the building is very safe and secure.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Instantly- very quick, no issues is a stupid issue either.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Because it’s a new build there has been a bit of confusion with address being different for post and different for bills- so just keep that in mind.

The area was great. We had great transport links to other cities because we were close to both the bus station and train station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really quickly and they also tried to provide a solution when necessary.

That I wished I knew how amazing the staff member is!

This area is very well situated in Leeds. I can reach all amenities in 10 minutes and the university in 25 minutes. Transport is also very close, only a few hundred feet from the building. However, being so close to the city centre, I never use it. The neighborhood is quite and there are accessible green spaces for pets.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, I had some new building issues of a leak in the ceiling. They attended to it immediately and continued to check in on it, and problem solve, until it was resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Actually, the property management teams was so responsive that I knew everything I needed before my move. This was particularly important, as I was coming from overseas and rented the flat online.

Convenient location - within walkable distance to town centre and train station. The apartment is quite close to the train track, and trains can be heard passing the apartments, but the noise is not excessive and doesn't wake me up at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management responds to emails promptly and will usually reply within 24 hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
This place is very dog friendly! There are lots of pups living in the apartment, and they all seem very friendly (the owners are usually happy for me to say hello to their dogs).

The location to the city center and the close transport links are something we are really happy with so it's great that you are managing to make use of those.
