I have a lovely view outside my apartment, can see the main road and train track, is not noisy at all , hospital, malls, restaurants and train station are very close to the Phoenix property which is very convenient. Food and grocery delivery also comes very quickly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very helpful and fast to respond, Building management is available 24/7 and can be approached directly, via email or the building App.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
More storage space, other than that everything is perfect!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Wish there was a supermarket a bit closer and the fact there is no parking that’s free. Only annoying thing is that towards the entrance at the back there is always quite a lot of homelsss people and drunks who are always shouting as you walk by. I’m not bothered but can imagine it’s a bit daunting for females
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any problems so couldn’t comment as of yet
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the ambulance sirens go off 24/7. Other then that no issues

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We did have an issue with the high winds and howling on our floor however this was quickly managed on the app and they were very responsive. And telling us the problem and when they had solved the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how cold the apartments were especially during the colder days we have recently witnessed. The small panel heaters are good but expensive to run. If there would be any changes I would make. This would be underfloor heating.

The good aspects would be convenience of location, its very central to Leeds, close to the Bus Station, and a 20 minute walk to the train station!

When we raised the issue of wind echoing noises, the team responsible to us saying that they have fixed it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we knew just how expensive the bills during winter would be before we moved in! The heaters are lovely but aren’t enough to keep the big living spaces warm throughout the day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is really nice, it’s close to the center so in walking distance to all the shops. There’s a Sainsbury’s basically across the road and an Aldi about a 15 min walk. The train and bus station are also really close which is ideal.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Our wardrobe door broke and they responded the same day and came to fix it the next day. So helpful it was really appreciated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not sure if the ceilings are really thin or whether the people above us are just heavy footed but can u hear quite a lot of banging when the people above are moving about.
