The living experience is excellent, with great soundproofing and high-quality facilities. The front desk service is outstanding. Shops, restaurants, and transport links are convenient. The area is quiet, with good parking and regular bin collections.

The building management has been responsive and helpful, addressing issues efficiently and ensuring a well-maintained environment.

Very close to the city centre that allows you to have access but you dont have to deal with noise that comes with it, the building itself is situated in the perfect place. Bus station / train station are no more than 5 minutes walk, literally everything is few minutes walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have quite quickly and they are always on standby for helpful advice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How good it really is to live here!!! The building itself looks very modern with state of the art facilities and the staff members who are always there 24/7 for any issues that may occur.

We are a doorstep away from everything you need including transport links / shops / and our workplace so the location is great!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve only had a minor maintenance issues but these were responded to and fixed very quickly!

I have a lovely view outside my apartment, can see the main road and train track, is not noisy at all , hospital, malls, restaurants and train station are very close to the Phoenix property which is very convenient. Food and grocery delivery also comes very quickly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very helpful and fast to respond, Building management is available 24/7 and can be approached directly, via email or the building App.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More storage space, other than that everything is perfect!

Wish there was a supermarket a bit closer and the fact there is no parking that’s free. Only annoying thing is that towards the entrance at the back there is always quite a lot of homelsss people and drunks who are always shouting as you walk by. I’m not bothered but can imagine it’s a bit daunting for females

I haven’t had any problems so couldn’t comment as of yet

That the ambulance sirens go off 24/7. Other then that no issues
