Good location close to all your essential shops, along with a good Gym and a very short distance to Roundhay Park

Yes minor snags upon moving in were dealt with quickly.

Neighbours are all very friendly and good community vibe.

The good is that is very silent and the bad is that there is tieths around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is very protective the doors windows space to put cctv camera

Ample parking Prompt bin collections on due days Occassional noisy from quad bikes as they have access through access through the estate and no gate to stop them on either end. Calm traffic Occassional antisocial behaviour from passersby Clean estate

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management were prompt in responding to rsised issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have paid more attention on storage. The lighting in the kitchen is especially poor even in summer months There are excellent green areas all round and houses have plenty of space around them. Excellent paving

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient spot for gyms, supermarkets and leisure activities. Plenty of parking available and easy transport links into the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah I had an issue with some snagging that were resolved immediately!

There’s a Community group on Facebook to reach out to for help.

Everyone that lives here is lovely. There’s a lot of break-ins and antisocial behaviour though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, it took a lot of chasing but they did eventually.

I wish I’d known about all the building work that would go on outside the house. No one warned me and it’s been months and months of drilling with little warning.
