No Tesco Express, so the nearest shop is a garage and can be expensive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When we moved in we were one of the first people here, so didn't know how thin the walls and ceilings were.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

There isn't anything I could change about the flat? Maybe have a no ball game sign on the grass opposite us, so we don't get a football hit the window every summer evening.

Very close to supermarkets and the lexicon. Good transport links from Bracknell station and 20 mins from reading station. Dislike the bin schedule.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is nice with lots of local walks and nature right on the door step. It would be nice to have another restaurant/bar locally, not much in walking distance. The bin collections have recently moved to every three weeks which does not seem to be enough, often over flowing bins. Parking is terrible. Many people do not make use of their garage if they have one meaning that they park on the pavements leaving very little room to walk on them. People also claim the visitor bays as their own private parking spaces, using cones/bins to block them off for other users, and if someone does park there, then shouting and swearing at them. Traffic noise where I am is quiet, can sometimes hear cars on the A329M, but otherwise quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That buying through a third party company for shared ownership would cause so much stress and upset, ruining the experience of being a first time buyer and the excitement if it all.

That I was listened to and the issues had been sorted before I moved in.

Local shops are quite limited with only 1 nearby garage. Pubs are okay but at least a 10minutw walk. No asb, noise from the motorway and main road is ok. Well connected to the M4.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been nice to know that the service fees were going to continue for so long and that the council weren't going to adopt in phases

Having a bigger kitchen or kitchen diner would be better.

Close to town and links to the motorway. Local walks close by as well as a budgens in walking distance. Roads on the estate aren’t wide enough, not enough parking meaning residents having to park on the street. Main bin collection every 3 weeks. Poor drainage in gardens causing flooding

Parking isn’t great, don’t block the pavements. Lovely walks at the back of the estate

Better drainage in garden, not a cream from to the house (shows marks caused by birds and bad weather)
