Not far from Morrisons and Ventura park where you will find Asda & Sainsbury and M&S. There are also other shops and gyms nearby. Train station is 7 minutes car drive from Amington

That the location of the bus stops would be on my front door

What is the best feature of your home:

Kitchen is the best part.... En-suite bathroom are kool

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the area is on the outskirts of the town, traffic is never an issue around here. The downside is that it is a very long walk to even a small shop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, in the first year they fixed everything almost immediately. After that, I got no help whatsoever, even when issues were the fault of the builder.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The pipes on the estate or too small for sewage and constantly block. I know numerous people who have had to have them unblocked. Dyno rod told me it is because they are too narrow and it will keep happening.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lack of local amenities. School has no signs of being built yet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, most of the issues have been resolved. We’re currently waiting on one issue.

A great community spirit and a we have a community Facebook page.

Great transport links and lovely open estate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slowly and normally with an argument. We have had a new customer service manager on the latest issue, who was really good after a site visit. The customer service manager before that was consistently terrible. Even before COVID, which adds expected and fully understandable delays, snag repairs can be very slow.

How poor the aftercare can be at times.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love where we live, the area is so green, lots of trees and beautiful scenery. The local shops including a pharmacy and post office are about 5 minutes away. We are happy with where we live, it is so close to motorway links which is what we needed for work. Perfect location for us. Tamworth main centre and Ventura park are just 10 min drive away and we have beautiful parks so close to us.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In terms of property management, if we have an issues we can contact the team and they arrange to visit ASAP. All problems have been resolved.
