Can be better

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is in a great location, with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of parking spaces nearby, though they can be quite pricey. As for the apartment’s amenities, the gym could use more equipment, as it currently only offers free weights and a treadmill. The concierge service is excellent, with friendly staff available 24/7, especially Simon, who is particularly helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Concierge are always there to assist with delivery packages or any problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we were gonna have construction for over a year and they had increased the rent during this time. The main reason we had moved was for the views and the fact the views were blocked and the rent increased was very insulting.

Uncomfortable accommodation

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Anaconda is located among many buildings under construction, which makes Anaconda a noisy place to live 24/7, 365 days a year

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nothing, the building management did not solve any of my problems. I complained repeatedly about the disturbance of my neighbors and their noises until the morning and the smell of the smoke coming into my apartment, and this problem was not solved and there was no response to the emails I sent

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't know that my neighbors were annoying and I didn't know that I couldn't change the apartment until my contract ended no matter how convincing the reason was.

A nice place

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a good range of shops, restaurants, and bars, plus open spaces like Peel Park nearby. Transport links are pretty convenient, with buses and trams close by, though they get busy at peak times. Parking can tricky due to the central location, but bin collections reliable. There's some traffic noise, but anti-social behaviour isn't a big issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not had any significant problems, though what has come up has been solved quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the sky lounge and outdoor terrace close around 11 pm.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is really good, the parking spaces are limited in the building but there are some parking close to it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is good. I live here about a year ago and all of the request was really easy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only bad thing is the constructions close to the apartment, usually it is a lot of noise

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very close to city centre just a 5 minute walk away and the same time to get to man vic train station. However it’s difficult to find non-expensive parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very quickly. If it’s a maintenance issue they usually get back to you within a few days

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the difficulty in finding parking close to the apartment that isn’t really expensive
