Not far from local town. Train station only a couple of minutes away and easy access to various A roads and motorways.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Although we’ve not raised issues directly I know the response to other household issues have been dealt with promptly

Get to know and understand what parts of the grounds the gardeners will see to versus what is your own property to be responsible for

Properties are quite well designed, but let down by creaking floor (at the top of the stairs) and patches of poor plasterwork.

Good local shops in easy walking range, bus stop nearby, but not frequent, cars have easy access to local by-pass, access to train station requires walking away from the station before you can walk towards the station, The dwellings are close together and the gardens are small. the parking spaces are ample for a single car, but too small for two. Bicycle racks are provided, but nobody uses them

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems have occurred, so far, so I have not needed to raise any complaints

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking provided os only just adequate for the demand. Spaces that are unlinked to specific properties are big for one car, but inadequate for two. Lorries making deliveries regularly have to drive on the communal grassed area.

Nearby grocery shop, post office, pharmacy, dental surgery and railway station are biggest highlight. Uber is not here but AAA2B pretty much covers the area. No major setback from local area wise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were quick to respond earlier but after you provide your snag list..you yourself have to make sure to follow up.

Water pressure is not very good.

Great location for train (little haven), local shops (budgens), park for children all within 5 minutes walk.

Wish I had known more about the town as at great and only 30 min walk max

Limited parking. Far enough from motorway but close enough to Horsham. 7 min walk to train.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Due to the pandemic many of the snags took long to resolve. However Cala could have been better at addressing matters as I was only handed over from site to customer care after 10 months of living in the property.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known what build quality to expect, I was massively disappointed when I moved in.
