Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet residential although close to busy route network. Parking adequate for myself but can’t have more than two cars at my property. Great links for western bypass and M6 and on the doorstep for several supermarkets and industrial estate close by. Great walks locally for my dog and generally a great area to live in

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poor after two years with some small teething problems now being noticed, great for the first several month though couldn’t fault them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking limited by the design. Due to no kerbs, also means walking on the road to get off the estate

The development is like a family. Location is very convenient to motorway and local amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far, yes. We have got a list of few minor issues that we have not contacted the builder yet.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s remarkably quiet and calming living at Aspen Grange. The development has not only considered families when designing the site but has created an idealic range of properties for older couples who don’t have families. The busy dual carriageway is barely audible and the site has the benefit of being on the fringe of all public amenities. The property is beautifully constructed and is not only low maintenance but also energy efficient. Excellent Transport links to the town centre with a good bus service and easy access to the M6 make it a desirable area to live for commuting to work not only in Carlisle but also further afield. I am very lucky to have found somewhere to live that makes me feel happy and in these current times has not felt at all suffocating or unpleasant during lockdown. Thank you Storys

All issues dealt with in 24 hours but I have been extremely lucky to have no issues.
