Quiet location. close to trains station, shoping and green areas

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

untill last person in charged was all responded accondingly.

the fact that legally authorised to follow the construction of my flat and request modification dutring the construction while the byuilders are doing, obviusly as long as my requests do not go out the building planning and how Bovis must build something.

Why do you employ a property management company. Is some getting a back gander?! Why is this needed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Eventually after emailing the CEO. You need to sort out issues when raised

Have a walk around to see the area

Parking is very limited with one space between property Good location for local amenities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow but eventually was dealt with despite myself needing to chase matters

Aspen Park is a good location for transport links and local services. The residents are lovely and helpful and there is a good sense of community. There is the noise of trains in the background but you soon get used to this. Bin collections are good. As with new developments parking is never enough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have sorted out the snags we have had. Only after constant pestering though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have know about the additional affordable housing they were building which was conveniently not mentioned

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good access to local shops and the train into London is about a 15 minute walk away. There are also lovely canal walks nearby, with a few local pubs along the way.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the snagging is still ongoing even though we are a couple of months in. Issues can take a little while to resolve.

Travel to London can be tricky, the trains aren't that reliable.
