Living at Aston Place has been a great experience. The area is vibrant, with a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and bars that cater to every taste and need. The transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and a nearby train station providing easy and quick access to the city center and beyond.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about maintaining a high standard of living for their tenants. Any issues or maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the property is always in top condition. Specially the guy named ( Abdul) he is very helpful guy.

The location of Aston place is really amazing and near to the train station

Living in this area is very convenient as everything is nearby. There’s a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and open spaces, making it a great place to live. The train station is just a short walk away, and even the mailbox is close by. Parking is generally available, and the area is clean and well-maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t faced any problems during my stay, so I didn’t need to contact the building management. However, everything seems to be running smoothly, and the staff appear professional and helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, I can’t think of anything specific that I wish I had known before moving in. Everything has been great so far, and I’ve had no surprises or issues to mention.

Great area to live, just opposite birmingham library, less than 5 mins walk to the nearest Sainsburys, 2 mins walk to the nearest Tram and bus station, around 5mins walk to Birmingham New Street train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast responce with fantastic service . Thanks all the staff being friendly and sopprtive everytime

special treats and snacks for holidays and festivals, weekly social events

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Aston place is located in a prime location. 2 min walk from the tram, a local shop, a gym, Birmingham library and local coffee shops. Bin collections are good, although there have been stikes lately causing a build up of rubbish but Aston place have fixed this through the use of a private company. Communication with residents is fantastic. Noise levels are better than expected considering we live just off the main ring road. Additionally, I do not hear any noise from neighbours next to us or above us. I have not experienced anti social behaviour either.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had a few wear and tear problems. They respond quickly to fixing out light on the fridge and our broken sofa. However we have experienced a delay in them coming to fix a problem we are having with water coming into the apartment and causing the skirting board by the door to swell and paint to flake.

I think everything is made clear to the tennant so nothing more to add here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plenty local shops, good amenities and private area to use like club room. University is nearby so all transportation is easy to use and commutable distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the team is very responsive including front team and maintenance team resolves quickly

Nothing as of now. I like all the provided amenities and spaces.
