Living at Aston Place has been a great experience. The area is vibrant, with a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and bars that cater to every taste and need. The transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and a nearby train station providing easy and quick access to the city center and beyond.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about maintaining a high standard of living for their tenants. Any issues or maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the property is always in top condition. Specially the guy named ( Abdul) he is very helpful guy.

The location of Aston place is really amazing and near to the train station

Plenty local shops, good amenities and private area to use like club room. University is nearby so all transportation is easy to use and commutable distance.

Yes, the team is very responsive including front team and maintenance team resolves quickly

The building management has been excellent in addressing any issues I’ve raised. They respond promptly to concerns and ensure clear communication throughout the process. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, with repairs completed quickly and to a high standard. The team is approachable, professional, and genuinely committed to tenant satisfaction. Their proactive approach to maintaining the property, from cleanliness to security, creates a comfortable and stress-free living

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area has both its perks and drawbacks. On the plus side, there’s a great range of local shops, from independent boutiques to supermarkets, and several excellent restaurants and cafés. The nearby bars have a friendly atmosphere, and there are lovely open spaces, including parks for walking and outdoor activities. Transport links are convenient with a bus stop just around the corner and the train station only a 10-minute walk away, making commuting into the city easy. However, the roadworks in the area can sometimes cause delays, and public transport during rush hours can get quite crowded. The street itself is generally quiet, but parking can be challenging, especially during evenings when visitors come to the nearby restaurants. Bin collections are on time, and there's little to no issue with anti-social behaviour, though occasional traffic noise is noticeable during peak hours.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I’ve raised any issues, the building management has been responsive and quick to resolve them

The street can get crowded with traffic, and nearby construction projects can be disruptive.
