Living at Aston Place has been a great experience. The area is vibrant, with a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and bars that cater to every taste and need. The transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and a nearby train station providing easy and quick access to the city center and beyond.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about maintaining a high standard of living for their tenants. Any issues or maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the property is always in top condition. Specially the guy named ( Abdul) he is very helpful guy.

The location of Aston place is really amazing and near to the train station

Very close proximity to public transport facilities and public library. Close to grand central. Good parking spaces available. No much traffic noise because of the road closure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were quick in responding to issues once raised

Using Library and communal spaces around the locality. Bars and Pubs have many offers over the weekend.

All attractions are nearby , good area to live. Plenty of options to explore and transport facilities. At Aston, gym & events are the best things.

All issues are resolved Very Instantly, fixflonis easy to use as well

Everyone was done perfectly Entire process was done online which is the best thing, no hassle

The location is extremely central, making it a great place to stay. It's conveniently close to the station, major bus stops, and tram stations. There are plenty of options nearby for food, daily groceries, and more

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very prompt in responding to all open issues and are very helpful.

Nothing as such, the lifts can be a bit slow during peak hours.

This is just next to city center so all the main attaractions are nearby, like libraray and the bullring

The building management is always ready for help and assist
