Living at Aston Place has been a great experience. The area is vibrant, with a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and bars that cater to every taste and need. The transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and a nearby train station providing easy and quick access to the city center and beyond.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about maintaining a high standard of living for their tenants. Any issues or maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the property is always in top condition. Specially the guy named ( Abdul) he is very helpful guy.

The location of Aston place is really amazing and near to the train station

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's great to have restaurants and clubs nearby, close to the city centre. It's a little bit annoying with the traffic, but after living here for three months, I don't have any bigger issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are always willing to listen and help, like Abdul or Teliah

Double-check exactly where your car park, because it is not exactly under the building, just next door.

Excellent location, close to the station, city centre, library and Broad Street. Couldn't find a better located apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly and the team is quick to resolve any maintenance issues.

Fridge is small but they give another one if asked

The location of this property is fantastic it’s just few walk away from Birmingham train stations and it’s close to many shops, cafes and restaurants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very responsive either through emails or calls whenever I have issue they respond immediately

None everything was as expected since I already did a viewing before

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The place is very central and everything is easily accessible including the groceries, cinema and local restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management staff is very helpful and specially Priyanka, she has always guided us to the right solution for our queries.

I was fully aware of the area and property, so nothing to note here.
