Living at Aston Place has been a great experience. The area is vibrant, with a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and bars that cater to every taste and need. The transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and a nearby train station providing easy and quick access to the city center and beyond.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about maintaining a high standard of living for their tenants. Any issues or maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the property is always in top condition. Specially the guy named ( Abdul) he is very helpful guy.

The location of Aston place is really amazing and near to the train station

Centrally located in Birmingham, Aston Place offers easy access to shops, dining, and transport, all within a stone's throw.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been highly responsive, addressing issues promptly and ensuring effective resolutions every time.

Not all the flats are equipped with dish washer. Surprisingly only left out flats ending in '13' with no dishwasher.

You are in the centre of everything so all places are easily accessible in the city. If you need food or drink there are places within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any maintenance request are all usually responded to the same day or at least within 25 hours

All manuals for appliances are available from the residence area online and easily download able.

Excellent location, close to the station, city centre, library and Broad Street. Couldn't find a better located apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very responsive either through emails or calls whenever I have issue they respond immediately

None everything was as expected since I already did a viewing before

Everything is just on go and easily accessible. Kids friendly society, good books to read and have your own time in concierge area.

They are always solved on immediate basis. Mr abs is always

They have amazing facilities for parcel keeping, mails and club house.
