Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a quiet area. We have 2 co op within a stone throw. A mini shopping centre with the basic shops such as, lidl, Costa, dominoes, KFC and a few more. We also have 2 post offices nearby. There are enough parking for residents. New buildings have 2 per household. Very low crime rate. We are off the main rods so not noisey at all. There are public transport 10 to 15 mini wait. Lots of schools to chose from. The main town is 1.5 miles away so you can walk because this is a two design for walking. Lots of restaurants in the town, 1 night club, a few clothing shop and a few big supermarkets. There a a retail park with very large shops around 2 miles away, for anyone who wishes to shop large. Loads of free parking there.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are a lot of takeaway restaurants, which is great because the town closes before midnight but you have the choice of taxi service or walking. The train service is in the town which takes you to Liverpool Street station or you can go to epping Station to take the Central line with is very popular, if that station is full Laughton station has a large car park also. This is a town for people who love the outdoors. Lots of open spaces which are free to enjoy, lots of gyms and over 40 miles of cycle track.

Great starter home

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

House is great, I would say a little bit overpriced for the area which isn’t great. We have already had several things stolen from our garden and the local travelers site (500 yards away) means we get a lot of trouble on the road from non-residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been quick to get support in when needed. However problems very seem to be solved first time round. It’s always taken servers visits and complaints.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is tricky but there are visitor spaces which I only found last week and have been here 3 years now! Visitors have always struggled to park before but now it’s easy.
