Quite noisy Friday and Saturday when kitchen street is open with DJs. Also other days of the week the club keep going and unfortunately it’s a big nuisance The development itself is great though

They were just great and easy to communicate Very good guys

Baltic express convenience shop and space are clean and safe environment Experienced one time only - there was a drank female made noisy in midnight around Halloween holiday at the main entrance, out of Baltic yard

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management is reasonably responded to my concern and problem raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Highly recommended to pet owners and people likes to live nearby city Centre, esp people without a car.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Baltic Triangle is an up and coming area of Liverpool with lots of independent coffee shops (shout out Red Berry Club), pubs and nightlife. That means it can be lively on a weekend with people going on nights out and leaving some of their rubbish. There’s no on-street parking so you will have to pay £100 per month either in Baltic Yard or in the local car parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly to all issues and always try to make a bad situation right. Chani and Brian have been working here since we first moved in and are brilliant. They feel like family. Chani often comes in to work on her weekend and stays late for events. Adam and Traycie are more recent and are also great!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They have increase our rent by more than £700 per year since we moved in 2 years ago. Worth keeping in mind if you plan to stay more than one year. There was 24 hour security when we moved in but now there is not. When we moved here you could park on the street for free but now you can’t. This has added £100 per month to our rent.

The management in the building is amazing. The staff are all very friendly and make our stay here very comfortable. The only thing that may be a negative for some is that there are a couple of bars nearby. On the weekends it can get noisy if you keep your windows open in your flat.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is always very quick to respond to any concerns. They are all very helpful!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the water heaters within the apartments. They need to be turned on before every shower!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is ideal, close to centre of town and about a 15 min walk to the nearest train (Central), a bit further to Liverpool Lime Street Station. It’s not a noisy area and feels safe. Local coffee shops, bakery, off licenses and bars around and a 10 minute walk from Baltic Market/Boxpark. Lots of parking nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dealt with it quickly and professionally, I couldn’t have asked for more.

If you frequently post packages, there’s a InPost locker just down the road.
