Huntingdon is close by which has everything you could need, St Ives is a great place to eat as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded. Not always quickly but they always respond. Unfortunately the men that do the work are inadequate.. they will rush the job and often damage the property in the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was told that there would be a working access gate. This was never something that was implemented.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very close to a number of amenities, such as supermarkets, train station and the town centre. It is a perfect place to relax knowing that all your needs are within a short car journey

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently, very focused on their tenants comfort and wellbeing

That there have been preexisting issues with mould
