Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area has lots of facilities both town and countryside options available. Good transport links to train stations, airports etc. parking on the estate is poor with lots of extra cars parked roadside particularly on the main roads- needs more traffic calming as- as always you get the idiots that like to show off their leased hire powered cars with no care for kids riding bikes or walking etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly and had to be pushed at every turn to complete works- I had to get NHBC involved due to glossing over poor workmanship in the first instance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not to fill in the forms to send back to the developer until you have been in a while - they tend to get 5 starts as they fall over you until that goes in then it’s all down hill from there.

Live on the outskirts of the development one way in and out the housing estate which can lead to traffic build up

Development and buildings are great however feels like it takes 90% of the time to finish the last 10%

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice Spaced out development with nice river side walks. Poor lighting reported reported - my 4 year daughter tripped on a blue marked paving defect on Meadow way, this has been the same step where its needs tarmacking on the main path through for over two months!!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished we had forced the snagging list to be done before we moved in i.e. we still have a broken window lock two years after moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Space - Five Bed Bromley absolutely blessed with great layout

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This development is fantastic for commuting. The m42 is a short drive away whilst the railway is within walking distance. Local shops are great. There are many major supermarkets within 10 minutes drive, whilst morrisons is a few minutes away and a co op is situated at the top of the development. The ventura shopping parks are close by and offer an array of shopping from clothes to toys and everything in between. A new primary school is being built near to the co op also which is fantastic, whilst an existing good secondary school is within walking distance. Unfortunately amenities don't seem to be keeping up with developments... doctors are apparently all very full whilst there are no dentists spaces available.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check the windows for scratches! Also check the plans carefully for your boundary and what is included (trees shrubs fencing etc)

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

A nicer banister! Our last new build had a chunky solid wood one so this one feels a little less substantial in comparison. Also better storage options or failing this, ability to add storage furniture in the hallway!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, lovely surroundings, coop on the estate and close to the town

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not to be too quick to sign off your home with the site developer management. They really do help you out but once signed off your left to the aftercare team who are slow and get things wrong.

What is the best feature of your home:

Bedroom space. 4 double bedrooms means so much room for my family to grow into
