Everything is perfect accept parking availablility

Yes I had a problem with my hot water boiler I called them and they solve the problem with in hours

Very good spacious

great area to live in, but development plans keep changing and more land pockets seem to be homes? 1700 becomes 2500 and roads struggling already.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

badly, stated that they felt the daily filth on our house was within normal levels? an inch of sand on window sills?

I wouldn't have moved as the last three summers we have had nightmares with the levels of dust

It is a very private, quiet and secure neighbourhood. We however need a shopping area nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and they did so speedily. Response and action took place in less than 48 hours and the issue raised was resolved in no time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing place to live, everyone is friendly and theres a real community vibe. Supermarkets within 5 min drive and some lovely parks and woodland walks nearby. Easily access the town centre with a bus that is provided. Only real issue is does occasionally attract some boy racers but not very often.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No real issues as of yet although the grass isn’t particularly well kept on top of and there is a lot of waste from the builders sites. From what i believe though the management of the site doesnt begin until building work has ceased.

It gets VERY windy here. Bare that in mind if you have young children.

The development is a fantastic place to live, there is a great selection of houses and the location is ideal. There are a few things that let the development down such as poor up keeping and none existent facilitates.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To begin with when I first purchased this property they were brilliant and responded efficiently. Towards the end of my 2 year builders warranty I noticed that minor problems that I had reported were not being dealt with in a timely fashion.

As I had throughly researched this development there wasn’t much that I wasn’t aware of after completion of my purchase. The only thing I wish I had known more of is a timescale for the overall development and it’s “promised” facilities.
