Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The sainsbury is absolutely perfect, also the coffee shops, saloon, barbers shop are also great ideas. All pretty close. My street is also very nice and quiet. Parking is also good as I have 2 assigned parking on my driveway. With no traffic noise asides from the work machines but good thing is the developers have just finished work so it’s totally quiet now. Been collection is every 2 weeks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues raised with management since move in

I wish I knew it would take some time for the roads to be completed neatly. Currently a total mess

Transport and access to the A419 and motorway are great from Tadpole. Local convenience store is now on the development which is handy and orbital is only a 5 minute drive away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any issues to raise so cannot answer this

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn't anything really, maybe the exact plan for the leap on Steinlen Close but I understand this could have still have been going through planning when I purchased

As a new development, there are many new things adding i.e. New pub, GP. Down side of development is there are still some construction going on and there are dirt on few parts.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dispite of this pandemic, management have been delivering excellent service.

Ask anything if unsure how to use the equipment, cause we thought we would just read the manual but it was not easy.

I like living here, it will be nice when the site is finished

All issues are dealt with promptly and professionally

There is a lack of visitors spaces for parking, the road outside the house is the only option

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely range of open space for families and pet owners. Local shops are at the hub of Tadpole although it would be nice to have a fast food installed at some point (chippy etc). Waiting on a state of the art pub to be installed which will overlook green area. The architecture looks premium and a lot of the residents are excited about this to open probably around early summer 2022. Residents are typically friendly although some of the teenagers have been loitering and making residents feel uncomfortable. Probably linked to the massive secondary school on the development. Overall it seems to be a nice area, although crest are massive dragging their feet on finishing areas off. They only care about knocking up new builds and are quite frankly leaving walkaways in a dangerous state (numerous residents have injured themselves).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Residents pay a maintenance charge. They won’t take over half the area because Crest are dragging their feet. Left in a shocking state! Areas that have been taken over are either maintained well or absolutely butchered. Very mixed feelings and not cheap at c£200 py.

The coffee shop is very nice and makes a nice drink. It’s quite pricey! Barbers are friendly and very reasonably priced. Sainsburys does the job… Get teenagers hanging outside time to time shouting abuse. Typical teenage kids playing out!
