Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bad public transport links and lack of street lights on main road makes it impossible and unsafe to walk to village in darkness.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some have been rectified but the contractors tend to do more damage then repair and have caused us more unnecessary problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have researched the location as the lack of public transport is disappointing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is Perfect! Nice rural area with lots of walks and a lovely community spirit. If you want a city you can drive 15 mins and be in either Sheffield or Chesterfield.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised many. But after long enough they do tend to sort things.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The developer used to do a more thorough 2 year check/ visit.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living on the Strata Belong estate has overall being a pleasant experience. The only negative is parking, which can be a nightmare as there seems to be little kerb side space available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dealt with swiftly once COVID allowed. Friendly trades people

Issues with perimeter fence being used as a climbing frame

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to open fields , and shops , Parking road is narrow and can’t turn a large van around on the road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Changed site manager on numerous occasions with no communication to residents , Changed sales rep and then all snags had to be re submitted , we had to constantly chase snags which was very time consuming , had to wait months and even over a year for something as simple as changing a bulb , accused of lying of dramatising problem so not to attend ,

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Chasing snags would be such a ongoing issue Site management contractors as poor and not worth the money as they never attend site, The road is still unfinished 2 years later and is dug up daily in the same places ,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a quiet estate set back from main roads leading out to the countryside. We have been impressed with the parking space on the estate and wide roads. We have had no issues at all, it is friendly close with largely families living on the estate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have worked through the initial snagging list and got back ti us with any concerns.

Houses are very spacious and finished to a high quality.
