Prime location and easy to access for all necessities along the High Street. The only bad aspect so far is the noise at late hours at weekends but it’s bearable as the isolation of apartment is quite enough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Oxana is responsive and quickly attended our requests at earliest possible. Highly professional!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flexibility of tenancy is something I wish I’ve known so I don’t have to search for other apartments.

Great location but rather expensive for what it is. Facilities are well maintained. Sometimes the water is not hot enough and takes a really long time to heat up the

Yes there is not a long wait for this and they are very attentive

So having lived here for a year now I love that all my daily needs are within walking distance - shops (eg M&S, Sainsbury, Waitrose, Tesco express, WH Smith, clothing stores), banks, post office, plenty of restaurants and cafes, hairdresser, train station (easy access to London), buses. There are also food markets Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. There's hardly any noise even though we're on the main street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

After having been here for a year now I am absolutely grateful for the amazing Building Management Team - Roxana and Ionut! They have been consistently so helpful and responsive to every request I have made. Even on a few weekends where needed - always willing to help and they have a way of making me feel welcomed to ask anything they can help with when needed. When it comes to rental accommodation I have lived in so many and I have to say that it is so restful to know that one is being taken care of. They are a huge part of the reason why I have renewed my lease here! - thank you both for your exceptional, friendly, caring and welcoming presence not only with solving maintenance problems and looking after the building in general but just in the way you both are! You are both a real asset to this group!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a great location right in the center of Maidenhead with a number of good restaurants, coffee shops & local bars, walkable distance from Sainsbury, Boots, Waitrose, Nicholson's Mall. Getting Public Transport is very easy as it is at 5 minutes walk from station and the Bus stop is right opposite the building. The whole area is very lively and has a happy vibe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have promptly addressed all the queries or maintenance requests including immediate action during emergency.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. All the features & facilities of the apartment were clearly shown during viewing.
