Bloor Homes @ Cheddar, BS27

I have been an owner for two and half years at a Bloor development in Somerset. When we purchased the property we also purchased new carpets through Bloor. It was found that the carpets had been made with the pile going in different directions within each carpet. An independent carpet assessor agreed. Arrangements were made to replace them. Now they are refusing to do this. Bloor makes contracts with these companies and then claims it is not their concern anymore. Bloor reports that they did not sell us the carpets but they were new with the house and we paid money to Bloor for these products. Beware when you buy houses from Bloor.
