Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good location to local small shops, not far from main shops, bars and restaurants etc! Parking availability is nil, no spaces for guests at all, shared driveways are not ideal for families, bin collections are good, anti social behaviour is nil and traffic noise has been managed very well with the anti noise elements taken into consideration by the site
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All snags were adhered too however the constant changing of customer service manager and ways to report snags - verbally, via text and via email always changing has resulted in the street losing out on street lighting up our private drive - it gets far too dark on this private driveway
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Get as many viewings as you can, take tape measures etc and work out fittings

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Absolutely great location, easy to get onto the A50 into Stoke for work and shopping, with excellent local amenities only 5/10 minutes away. Plenty of takeaways to choose from which also deliver. Plenty of parking available on the street, and easy location for bin collections. Sometimes hearing the A50 traffic would be the only downside but pretty quiet considering the location, and surrounded by trees to help with noise reduction.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I have had both the site manager have sorted or customer services have sorted for me, in a very short space of time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was advised about new builds needing to settle for a year or so after they’re first built, so certain cracks etc don’t need to be worried about, they can be touched up after time when the house has settled.

The transport link is not all that good, need more lighting for kids to walk from where they drop off , shops are too far for some one who doesn't drive .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they responded in time and managed to fix the problems.

At times the noise from A50 becomes too much if open the windows

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
A really good selection of shops within a short drive or a 15 min walk, good selection of pubs and local take-aways. We have no trouble parking with a driveway that can easily fit 2 cars along with a garage, if family and friends visit street parking is also not an issue. Where we are situated we don't suffer from any traffic noise, this could be a problem on other streets. The whole estate has a lovely community feel, our children have made some lovely friends already and are really happy here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
any small issues we have raised have been dealt with swiftly, with great communication and follow ups to make sure we are 100% happy .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a great little Tesco’s short walk away in the local village. The access to transport is great too it is on a local bus route and it is walkable to the railway station. The a50 to derby and access to the m6 is easy and convenient so it’s well positioned for travel although the down side to this is some traffic noise from loud vehicles
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually fast and efficiently although we did have a few delays with engineers and tradesmen due to COVID
