Nice place but getting unaffordable for most people.

On the whole the court is of a good and has many great features and facilities, the downside of this court and RSL as a company is the monthly service charge has gone up in the last 4years by £300 a month to £710 a month in April the increase is 14% this year and is getting unaffordable for most people my relative lives there and the costs basically takes all of there state pension and is causing them concern for there future at Boat Lane Court

Boat lane is located in a thriving little town with shops, bars and eateries. Has local services nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No we have meetings after meetings regarding charges for the laundry and the unaffordable monthly service charge.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the service charge would increased from 2.5% to 14% in just 4 years
