Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking availability is fantastic, there is plenty of off road parking and the streets are wide, accommodating additional cars for visitors. Bin collection is army in the morning, regular and efficient. There are no problems with neighbours, everyone one is friendly and polite. The traffic noise is a little loud due to the proximity of a main road, but greenery is being grown to dampen this. The main road means transportation links are excellent. It is a 20 minute walk to the local supermarket, and 5 to the nearest pub. It would be nice to have a local convenience store, and a second exit to the estate would be beneficial as exiting on to a main road can be tricky at peak times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A short snagging list was made in the first week of ownership. These were addresses within a further 3 weeks. Even after a year, a small problem developed which was fixed neatly and cleanly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Contacting the developers early allowed us to extend our having with matching materials. In the beginning there were two entrances to the estate, one was later blocked.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

all good lovely area only downside sometimes can be trying to get out of site to turn right to go to town but nothing major, could do with a sign for no 17,19,21 Marble lane as these are off a carpark and no one can find them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

THAT THERE WAS NO FLOOR COVERINGS JUST DUSTY CONCRETE FLOORS WOULD HAVE LIKE A OPTION TO PAY AND GET THIS SORTED BEFORE MOVING IN

Lovely place to live, with a few flaws

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s in a great location and it’s far enough out of the town to feel closer to countryside, but close enough to the town to walk if you wanted to. It is unfortunately situated opposite the A14 so there is traffic noise. Which can be heard through the rooms at the front of the house. There’s no anti social behaviour for now which is nice and it feels fairly safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Road traffic at night can be quite loud and there are random flashing lights at night too. The loft is not prepared for use so will have to be organised and properly boarded at your expense
