No care at all about the safety of children. Bovis isn't taking responsibility and because the roads haven't been adopted by the council, the necessary speed bumps and crossing haven't been put in and this has been the case for years. Plenty of cars are being broken into and parts stollen.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time we have raised an issue it has taken the best part of half a year to get any response and it has required a lot of chasing from me. Now, because it has taken them so long they are now not fixing issues as the two year warranty has passed. Hopeless. Factor in this extra cost to your bid!

You need to be ruthless with them overwise you will get walked over and ripped off.

We have raised a few issues and has taken a while for responses or resolutions.

The lack of parking spaces for family homes and the planning of certain rooms.

Close to schools, plenty of parks. Roads are narrow, parking isn't used by residents so lots of cars on the streets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded but were always reluctant to get the issues resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should not have accepted the keys when the house was clearly not finshed to the standard expected. But was left with little choice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kingsmere is a nice area to live in, there are many families with young children in the area. There are lots of small and medium sized parks to take the children to and easy walk to local shops.

Because some streets are still having building work completed, some of the road surfaces are not finished.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

It would be nice to have more space between the street and windows, but this is typical for new-build estates.

very convenient for shopping as well as public transportation
