Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great with rail links to close by cities, but the local area also has great facilities. The street I live in, Otter Way, is perfect quiet street within a lovely development.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i would of bought new build sooner, I’ve been very pleased.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious, well laid out property offering a high quality finish.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There aren't many local shops in the area, but it has all the essentials. I quite like that its more of a small village. Lots of open spaces which is really nice, no need to get in the car you can walk to all of them and its beautiful. The only transport we have used is the train station which is a 2 minute walk from here, its a great service and offers lots of availability. Living here is lovely, the street is generally quiet which is nice, occasionally have children playing out the front which can be noisy. Our bins get missed sometimes, but they always come the next day if this is the case.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Obviously living here whilst Bovis are still building is noisy and messy - there is lots of mud on the roads and paths (things you don't really consider when viewing) this has had an impact on the cleanliness of our windows, cars, hall way etc - thankfully this won't be forever though!!

What is the best feature of your home:

The spacious rooms, and the amount of storage space

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent local community and shops, some great schools in the area, great takeaway pizza up on the A38, easy access to countryside and walks, train station only 2 minutes walk away. Nursery/pre-school provision is limited especially with all the new houses being built and lots of young families moving to the area needing nursery places!

To let the outer walls dry out thoroughly before hanging pictures to avoid mould...

What is the best feature of your home:

Family friendly layout with plenty of space for kids to play and for adults to entertain. Home office is a big bonus.
