The local area is great with lots of things to do. Only a short walk into town and a several parks close by for kids.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have love to know when the estate is due to finish. When the final pedestrian path would be finished. When they would be blocking access.

What is the best feature of your home:

Best feature is the carpet and kitchen flooring. Great quality.

Living in this is ideal it’s close to all main chain of supermarkets good easy access to the A50 but mainly a good walk and your into Bramshall and some lovely countryside. The street is ideal lovely quiet only downside is people who park on the road around some of the blind bends with the s bends created.

Just the lack of support or issues in getting snag issues resolved once your in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout of the house is Perfect for our way of living

Local shops, bars and open spaces are just down the road, plenty of taxi companies around. Have your own parking so never have to worry about parking. Bin collections once as week as normal. Not much traffic noise and there hasn’t been any anti social behaviour so far.

Just how much yearly costs are actually going to cost. And with it being a new build it’s all water meters too.

What is the best feature of your home:

Lovely views of the fields and sheep all around us.

Noise from adjoining house, little sound deadening means I do hear the neighbours.

What is the best feature of your home:

Everything works! Well insulated, good natural light and cheap and easy to live in.

Everything is working as it should do. No problems with Bin collections and access around park cars has been fine. After a great deal of rain, the drains coped with the water and no problems experienced with garden or road drainage.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have been very pleased with Bellway and how they have dealt with any snags found.

Due to Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions at the time we moved in, we could not have the normal personal introduction to our property. I wish I had had a printed list of do's and don'ts when using the appliances for the first time, as well as the booklets that came in the Bellway folder.
