Only one way in, one way out of the development which causes bottlenecks. Location to village good, shops, restaurants and pubs all in working distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've responded slowly. We've complained about our balcony and it took quite a few months to get it sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we wouldn't get the large basin in the ensuite bathroom.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love our home however are a little frustrated that we were told the house around the corner was part ownership however this turned out to be social housing which has caused some disturbance at times. Local shops and amenities are really good, transport links close by. Also when purchasing our home we were told there would be green open spaces in front which is now a play area again misinformation given. Despite these issues we love our home and have been happy living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Many of the issues were fixed early on when we moved in however as previously mentioned some were refused due to being over our 3 years when someone came to look at them even though they were reported prior to the deadline.

I would like to know about the housing in neighbouring streets, future plans for development i.e play areas

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely area, not much noise, communal bins, everyone is friendly, shops are near by with good imagery.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issurs ahve been reported and sorted out within a week.

Maybe the road works. When i moved they were okay then they started doing the roads but its now sorted

Excellent facilities in local vicinity. Speeding vehicles entering & leaving a serious problem. Need speed bumps. Inconsiderate parking can be a problem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually respond fairly quickly and positively. Friendly people.

House very close to road. Not really obvious when buying off plan. Rear garden badly finished off.

Lovely area, excellent facilities nearby, plenty parking, great neighbours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally very well, see above comment about one of the issues that we had.

How overlooked we would be. We obviously could see this from the site map but until the houses are put up you don't quite appreciate how much.
