Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is generally very nice semi-rural but no nearby shops or anything so unless you like long walks you're forced to drive - not exactly good for the environment or for reducing traffic on local network. Also Church Road is very dangerous and needs speed cameras installed or revised traffic control as supposed to be 30mph but most driving at 50 and only a matter of time before serious accident.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They kept me informed of progress and gave me exactly what I requested, can't fault them.

You may think 15min walk to a shop isn't much but you'll soon get fed up with it. Beware some of the roads around here are dangerous and the public footpaths get so muddy you will be forced to walk on dangerous roads or drive. Beware sharing a drive can get annoying if you don't want to keep saying hello to your neighbours all day.

I like the fact that there is a park for the children but also it is disappointing that there aren't any shops

The area is tucked away, lovely and quiet with beautiful views of the Leckhampton hills but still very close to easy mototway acess, the town centre, local schools and supermarkets and the train station - all within 10 mins in the car. You can also step outside and walk up to the Leckhamton hills. Its the perfect spot really! The development could do with a convenience store closer by but it does only take 15 minutes to walk to the closet Co-op.

Would have liked to know more about snagging and how to go about arranging it and resolving snagging issues positively.

What is the best feature of your home:

My kitchen/ diner is a lovely open and bright space perfect for entertaining opening out onto the garden.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The community and location are excellent, shops and restaurants are around a 20 minute walk away. I believe a bus will come past in the longer term.

I would have probably understood the wider plan a bit further but generally happy

What is the best feature of your home:

The rooms are all a good size, finishes are a good quality also

Good area with nice houses. Not much around area
