Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is great for hospitality, local transport links and there's even a supermarket less than a ten mins walk away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is no building management!! Repairs and damages are continually reported but nothing is done. Currently two Luftwaffe broken, one being out of service for almost 12 months.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of air bnb and booking.com rentals in the building. As it's a nightmare for noise, mess and disrespectful guests. I've had to call the police twice due to anti social behaviour

Disappointing and unsafe

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Central location for hospitality, range of bars and restaurants. Great for transport and also supermarkets. There is also 2 gyms, cinemas and a bowling alley.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management do not respond to reports of faults and damage. Lifts don’t work, lights are out, carpet is missing and even front door was left broken open for at least 6 months.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The high volume of bad neighbours and how expensive they are to heat. Really wouldn’t recommend

Expensive and rundown

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really great for public transport, with bus rail and tram pretty much on the doorstep. Around a 15 min walk to the bullring. Lots of bars and resturant's again in walking distance. Supermarket around 5mins away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Repairs repeatedly ignored and left unsafe for tenants such as front access door unable to close. Lifts broken. Also rubbish and damage left by air bnb guests, who often dump takeaways and even vomit in corridors

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How unsafe I would feel as I wouldn't have purchased

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brilliant location for hospitality options, local transport networks (team and bus stops directly outside) and a supermarket in close proximity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sadly building management is very lacking. Lots of faults and they are never resolved. Currently one lift is out of action - and has been for over 12 months. The main front door has been lodged open for around 6 months leaving a clear security hazard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I had known the apartments would be used for short lease by the building company I would not have moved in. I have ended up living in a revolving door of parties and raves being held which disturbs you no end. Despite reporting it, the building management don’t care and just want the money it generates. Which has left me feeling very unsafe

Sadly lacking but has potential

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a wide variety of bars and restaurants on the door step with a large supermarket less than 5mins walk away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Faults are not responded too. Main front doors have been broken and left open for long periods of times. Lifts are out of action for over a year. I personally waited over 3 months for a broken cooker and I chased consistently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how loud it would be and how it would be used for short term weekend rentals as this is just letting parties happen all night and it’s a nightmare
