Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location for pubs and restaurants and within a 15 minute walk of large supermarkets. Great access to local train station with free parking and within a 20 minute walk. Also plenty of local buses. Parking generally good on the development. Infrequent criminal behaviour of people trying car doors at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had any issues to raise so therefore cannot comment

I wish I had known about the local “smell”, although not much can really be done!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is good, there's lots to do in Wrose with lots of bars and restaurants. The development itself is nestled away so is nice a quiet while still close enough to get to busier places.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty well, always happy to help with any issues. The only problem was with the utility room sink but that's also now sorted.

You can deliveroo / get Aldos as a takeaway it is delightful!

Good location with a nice variety of shops, restaurants and bars. A little local convenience shop could be beneficial however not essential.

Nothing really of concern however probably just to be aware of the construction traffic passing the house.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

If I could design the house from scratch I would have made the living room slightly bigger, not have vents in the windows and not have had red bricks above the doors and windows in the back of the house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is well located in a lovely suburb on the Leeds/Bradford border. Great transport links to Leeds, Bradford, North Yorkshire and the M62. Traffic can become congested but works are currently being carried out to try and improve this. 15 minutes walk to the local train station gives options to avoid this as well. There's a range of great pubs and restaurants in walking distance to suit lots of different needs. The street itself is quiet. Facilities and amenities are great and there isn't much in the way of traffic noise. Several parking spaces are available too.

Honestly, I liked the location beforehand but it genuinely is a great place to live.

I would have not have purchased the property with a turfed garden as it was laid poorly and needs replacing.

The Brompton Fold development is on the outskirts of Bradford on the Leeds Bradford border and just by the Leeds Liverpool canal which gives it a rural feel.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have perhaps paid someone to do the snagging so things were identified from the onset.

What is the best feature of your home:

The plot is perfect. Overlooking fields, south facing garden. The design of the Bucan is also make it a great place to live
