Towcester is a historic town with lots of amazing shops. The town is quiet and is a wonderful place to raise kids.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we’d have known if we could get solar panels with the build.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love our kitchen, it’s the home of the house where everyone spends their time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The estate is walking distance from the town which has local supermarkets and restaurants. There is also a school within walking distance. There is a lovely park perfect for dog walkers or children as there is a children’s play area. Only negative I would give is that the area is now becoming quite popular and therefore busy meaning more traffic especially on the main roads.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Took a while for our kitchen to be changed however, everything is now how we would like it.

That there would be lots of building work on and around my estate.

The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, bars & open spaces are good. convenience and availability of transport links can be improved - more frequent bus route living on my street is okay, parking good, and bin collection is frequent

Cost, people only save for deposit but when you start adding stamp duty if applicable, solicitor, extras for the house, it all adds up

Nothing really, its the first time buy and nothing i would change
