Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is good with the development being very close to the local town shops. Parking is ok with having a double driveway. Still awaiting the roads to be finished which are terrible. Traffic is ok, busy construction traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Zero response, they tend to not bother until you keep on at them for a good while. Try to state the issues aren't as bad as they are.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Double driveway only big enough for two small cars. Expect to be dealing with a range of problems before and after completion. Double check all specification choices at start of process as they arent always checked in building phases.

The estate is located next to a industrial estate however that is well concealed with very little noise besides the builders that are working on the development. There is a couple of local supermarkets within a few miles which is super convenient. There are plenty of fast food places and a few restaurants. There are a few bad sides of the area such as lack of shops around and lots of traffic around McDonald’s area especially which slows down the whole area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have helped us with all the snags we have raised to them. They tend to respond to any communication within the next business day. However the contractors they use aren’t all that great and only work weekdays which can be inconvenient if you work throughout the week.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We should of maybe researched the area a bit more to see what was around and looked at the severity of the flooding as most roads situated around us flood quite a lot. Also if your connected to another house, it can tend to be quite loud and you can hear a lot.

Very convenient location, quiet and very close to major cities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very happy with the building management, prompt responses and snagging list cleared in the first couple of months from moving in

Close to town and bus links,no real bad aspects of location

Most issues sorted near immediately, bifold door issues were forgotten and washing machine plug cable was a no go for them because it was covered up apparently...

Not really. Just the garden as we viewed in bad weather

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is good for shops and everything you need, with Burton having more places to go. Parking availability is good, bin collections are on point and there's no antisocial behaviour (apart from a burned out car across the road) and little traffic noise from the nearby A511.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially very good, however it's dipped off a little bit since.

The design and layout of the parking spaces at the front.
